The Teach Not Punish (TNP) behavior intervention program called TEAMS (Together Everyone Achieves More Success), supports scholars in grades K-12, focusing on educating scholars exhibiting challenging behaviors of ways to appropriately respond to and/or interact with others by learning and practicing social skills that will equip scholars to change their behaviors.
Scholars participate in workshops over 6-12 weeks to develop deficit social skills, and
teachers receive behavioral coaching support to enhance classroom management skills.
Teachers, scholars, parents, TNP behavorial health partners, and school personal collaborate by implementing positive reinforcement strategies
to shape scholar's behavior.
